The DREAMS initiative focused on empowering adolescent girls and young women through vocational training and economic opportunities, reducing their vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and gender-based violence. In collaboration with the Infectious Diseases Institute, the program provided short-term and long-term courses in liquid soap making, hairdressing, secretarial work, and bakery, helping participants develop marketable skills relevant to urban employment
