This project aimed to accelerate the identification, linkage, and retention of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in care by providing community-based support services. It focused on tracing lost HIV patients, encouraging partners and children of index PLHIV to test for HIV, and promoting HIV counseling and testing among orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) as well as youth. The initiative also worked to strengthen adherence to HIV treatment and clinic schedules, ensuring that vulnerable populations had continued access to medical care
