She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Social Administration. Additionally she has acquired a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and Statistical Data Analysis, Project planning and Management. Currently she is undertaking a master’s degree in Institutional Management and leadership. She has experience in developing programs to support strategic direction of the organization, Creating and managing long-term goals, developing and managing a budget and operating plan for the different project and program. She has 14 years experience working with children, youths and different structures of change at National to community level. She is passionate about harnessing the power of children and youth in influencing change. She has experience in training and rolling out of different approaches like SCREAM, Child friendly accountability, Team Up, Positive parenting, REAL fathers and child participation.
