Digitalizing Traditional Skills
Digitalizing Traditional Skills

This project aimed to create employment opportunities for young women and youth by integrating traditional skills with modern digital techniques. Participants were trained in hairdressing, tailoring, and knitting, with a focus on enhancing these skills using digital tools. By incorporating modern methods, the initiative helped beneficiaries adapt to the evolving job market and improve their employability.

The project also encouraged community participation, with former beneficiaries and local members contributing to the sustainability of the program. Through hands-on training and mentorship, young people gained valuable skills that enabled them to establish independent businesses or secure employment
