This project aimed to accelerate identification, linkage, and retention of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in care through community-based support services. The initiative focused on tracing lost HIV patients, encouraging HIV testing among partners and children of index clients, and strengthening adherence to HIV treatment and clinic schedules. Additionally, it provided psychosocial support and referrals to other healthcare services for vulnerable children and adolescents
