The SCEEL project aimed to combat child labor, exploitation, and abuse by strengthening protection mechanisms and improving access to education and livelihood opportunities for vulnerable children. Implemented in partnership with key organizations, the project sought to progressively eliminate the worst forms of child labor and uphold children's rights in Uganda. The initiative worked closely with law enforcement agencies, government officials, and private sector actors to enhance their knowledge and capacity in preventing child exploitation. Additionally, it contributed to reducing household vulnerabilities by equipping families and communities with tools to safeguard children
